Ingredients are ipomcea turpethum 70 mg, terminalia chebula 50 mg, clchorium intybus 50 mg, cassia occidentalis 50 mg, solanum nigrum 40 gm, glycyrrhiza glabra 40 mg, zingiber officinal 45 mg, emelia ribes 10 mg. The dosage is best individualizing; the average adult needs 2 tablets initially. Some however, may need 1; others 3. For stubborn habitual constipation, the initial daily dosage is 2 or 3 tablets an hour before dinner.
