Add salt and little water to the Dosa batter. Mix well. <\/p>\n<p> 2. Add Fenuflakes to the batter and mix well. <\/p>\n<p> 3. Heat a non-stick pan. Once heated well, spread ladle full of batter on the pan. <\/p>\n<p> 4. Add oil on the Dosa. Roast until crisp. <\/p>\n<p> 5. Heat olive oil in a pan, add garlic cloves and fry for a few seconds. <\/p>\n<p> 2. Now add mushroom and cook on high heat for 5-6 minutes. <\/p>\n<p> 3. Add parsley, salt and pepper and cook until mushrooms are done. <\/p>\n<p> 4. Remove in a bowl, Whisk 2 eggs in a bowl and add salt to taste and whisk well. <\/p>\n<p> 5. Heat a non-stick pan, Lightly brush the pan with oil, Pour the whisked eggs in the pan. <\/p>\n<p> 6. Cover the pan and cook till eggs are 90% cooked. <\/p>\n<p> 7. Keep the mushroom filling on one half of the egg and sprinkle some cheese and Fenuflakes on top. <\/p>\n<p> 8. Fold the other side on top, Transfer the omelette on the serving plate, Serve hot. <\/p>\n<p>                                                           Healthy Poha Recipe                                     <\/p>\n<p> 1. Soak the poha in water for 5 minutes and drain the water. <\/p>\n<p> 2. In a non-stick pan or kadhai heat the oil on a medium flame. Once the oil is hot, add the mustard and cumin seeds. <\/p>\n<p> 3. Add Asafoetida (Hing) and turmeric to the oil along with chopped green chilies and curry leaves. <\/p>\n<p> 4. Add the peanuts to the oil and saut\u00e9 for a minute. Once done add the chopped onion to the oil and saut\u00e9 for 2-3 minutes until onions turns translucent. <\/p>\n<p> 5. Add the soaked poha to the above mixture and mix properly. <\/p>\n<p> 6. Add salt and sugar to the Poha and mix thoroughly. <\/p>\n<p> 7. Place a lid on the pan and steam the poha for couple of minutes. Once done remove the lid and add Fenuflakes to the poha. Mix well. <\/p>\n<p> 8. Switch off the flame and add chopped coriander. Mix well. <\/p>\n<p> 9.
